Sales Assistant – NICCE Carnaby Street

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS

  • Drives shop floor service to achieve the store sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Ensures that the sales objectives are achieved by ensuring they are inspired and motivated.
  • Be constantly up to date on trend

CUSTOMER

  • Proactively delivers exceptional customer service, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build a client list by developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
  • Develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.

TEAM

  • Work with other team members to ensure a high level of product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services and company procedures.

RETAIL

  • Build an in-depth product knowledge within the department, working with the relevant functions within the Nicce Store. Actively understanding and promoting product via brand knowledge ..
  • Provide customers with great customer service and focused suggestions on products
  • Ensure excellent visual presentation of the shop floor through daily cleaning and presentation standards
  • Ensure effective and efficient back-of-house organization for the store (stock room space) and be jointly responsible with other team members for the protection of the company’s assets as well as the staff grooming standards to be ensured.

Store Opening Hours

Monday-Friday 10-8pm

Saturday 9-8pm

Sunday 10-6pm
