We’re looking for someone who is customer-focussed to support the Retail Operations Manager and wider retail team in central London. You’ll have a passion for delivering best in class customer service and use those skills to support with retail administration queries and general questions from the team’s stakeholder groups.
To be successful and to ensure we deliver an outstanding customer experience, you’ll need to great at building and maintaining effective working relationships, collaborating with people in different situations and on a range of issues and priorities.
Working in operations means you never quite know what each day will bring. As a result, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team to deliver a proactive and responsive approach to all our customers and retail brand partners. That will include assisting with any communication and administration associated with a range of operational and business issues.
We’ll ask you to help us make sure we’re delivering a consistent and high quality service across our retail portfolio and you’ll work together with the Workspace teams to achieve that. You’ll be asked to undertake projects as identified by the Retail Operations Manager, making sure everything is done as safely as possible and in line with Health and Safety legislation. Delivering exceptional customer service is really important to us. We are always looking at ways we can improve what we do and how we do it so don’t be afraid to put forward your ideas or thoughts.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications
– Proficient in written and spoken English
– A passion for delivering great customer service
– Have a good eye for detail
– IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office programmes like Outlook, Excel and Word
– Ability to manage priorities
