The role

What you’ll be doing
Alongside reception duties, this varied role also encompasses administration responsibilities, so no day is ever the same. We are looking for someone with a real passion for reception, who thrives in client-facing roles and wants to pursue a career in office support. This is an entry-level role so we do not expect a great deal of experience, however, a positive, can-do attitude is essential. This is a great opportunity to work in a varied role and would be perfect for an all-rounder who enjoys brightening people’s days.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, friendly person who loves creating a great first impression on the front desk of a sociable agency based in Soho. You should approach your role with a fun, can-do, helpful attitude at all times. Having the ability to work as part of a team and as an individual is essential as well as being able to carry out tasks using your own initiative. You must be prepared to learn quickly and take on responsibility and have a keen eye for detail and the ability to priorities tasks in busy situations.

• Meet and greet visitors, creating a fantastic first
impression
• Responsible for answering and
transferring calls and taking messages
• Preparing lunches and refreshments for meetings
• Booking couriers and taxis and sorting post
• Manage meeting room booking system
• Execute morning, midday and evening checklists
• Order kitchen, stationery and ad hoc supplies
• Daily use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook,
Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Assisting with other varied tasks
