International Talent Officer – MSI Group

The International Talent Officer will be responsible for recruiting nurses from overseas and coordinating their journey effectively to enable them to work in the UK. This position will be responsible for the full life-cycle of candidate management. They will respond quickly and effectively to candidate requests, building collaborative relationships to enable the swift fulfilment of our clients requirements. They will provide a great candidate experience to ensure we maintain high social media reviews. The post holder will live company values and effectively communicate with stakeholders over the telephone, email and face to face.

Based At: Cottons Centre, London Bridge
Salary Band and Range: £20,000-£25,000 pa plus Commission

Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of candidates
  • Work to allocated sales targets and achieve weekly/daily KPI’s
  • Account manage all clients to ensure SLA’s and fill rates are achieved where applicable
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients and candidates to enhance the reputation of MSI
  • Add all activity to company database
  • Work with the compliance team to ensure all candidates meet the compliance standards of the relevant framework agreement
  • Liaise with payroll team to ensure on-time and accurate payment of candidates

Operations

  • Ensure full visibility of all shifts and contracts and maximise fill rates
  • Using all tools available (including external job boards) identify quality candidates and complete pre-screen process
  • Ask all candidates for referrals
  • Populate database with all candidate and client contact details
  • Ensure all candidates are placed within 2 weeks of their compliance clearance and maximise their availability
  • Plan and attend candidate open days
  • Liaise with BD and management to meet and exceed client expectations at all times

Customer Service (external)

  • Contact relevant clients on a daily basis to develop and maintain strong working relationships
  • Develop professional working relationships with candidates and provide them with excellent customer care at all times
  • Ensure all candidates are aware of payroll deadlines to ensure they are paid on time and any payroll queries are resolved immediately

Processes

  • Ensure and assist compliance team to clear new candidates
  • Update Influence with all Account and Candidate activity and maintain current record keeping
  • Prepare for weekly 1:1s and ensure all relevant management information is obtained

  • Proactively participate in weekly agenda’s 1:1’s with line manager
  • Positively contribute to team meetings
  • Provide effective cover for team members when they are absent from the office ensuring clients and candidates receive a business as usual service
